Plastazote Foam Pads

Plastazote pads are ideal for protecting objects in transport, storage, display or during treatments such as repair or cleaning. Available in conveniently pre-cut pads from 50x50mm to A2 sizes. Made from Plastazote LD45, an inert and acid-free foam material, ideal for long-term storage applications.

  • Support objects when on display or when being viewed
  • Protect from surface abrasions in storage, display or when being cleaned
  • Create your own custom mounts (can be easily cut and glued using a hotmelt glue gun)
  • Create custom box inserts to prevent objects moving
  • Sizes to suit A5, A4, A3, A2 boxes
  • Available in 6mm and 12mm thicknesses (Custom sizes and more colours/thicknesses available)

    We can cut completely bespoke square, rectangle, circular or oval sheets of plastazote via our boxsite.co.uk made-to-measure service.
